The management staff was welcoming and punctual with their jobs. The house is in perfect position to walk to the shopping strip or walk to the beach. The description is completely accurate. The house and accommodations went beyond our expectations!

Great little house with all the things needed for a short or long stay. Very quiet private and secure with added bonus of use of garden pool if main house not occupied. Under 5 min walk to the beach and a bit more to the shops, towels for the pool are also provided along with potable water. Very easy and fast comunicación with David who wants to ensure you have a good time.

I was very jealous that my parents got to stay here without me. They said this has been their most favourite airbnb of all time! Can't wait to check it out personally :)

We enjoyed our stay, the casita was perfect for us (two adults and a 2 y.o.) and it was fairly close to the beach that we could walk with the baby. Workers around the house were super helpful and nice and the host very available too. Thank you we’ll come back

We have a group of friends that celebrate our birthdays each year with a golf trip. We have stayed at Quinta Martha 3 times. It is our favorite at Iguana. Great space and location.

The Casita was spacious for both of us. The room had AC and internet. The small kitchen space had everything one could need. We were minutes from the beach. The Hacienda was quiet and safe. We would highly recommend staying here. The communication with our host was always quick and easy.

Excellent property conveniently located between the beach club @ Colorados and the shops etc. Beds very comfortable with great AC. terrace/ hammocks/pool the perfect spot to chill during the day out of the sun. Only improvement would be AC in kitchen/ sitting room as got very warm when cooking. Would recommend and would book again.

We all had an amazing time and stay at quinta martha. The hospitality and helpfulness from David and everyone with ¡Hola nicaragua! Was incredible. Always answering our questions and helping us to arrange everything we needed. The house is about a 4 min walk from the beach and beach bar and restaurant. Will definitely be back to hacienda iguana!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Casita. It was about a 7 minute walk to Colorados and 12 mins to Pangas, and about 5 minutes to the commercial center. Comfortable space, nice and quiet with no super close neighbors (the main house was empty while I was there). If I needed anything, contacting the team via airbnb or WhatsApp was quick and easy. Wifi was spotty but worked most of the time, and I could walk over to the main house patio to use that network which was better. Overall very satisfying and a great deal!

We really liked to chill out in Hacienda Iguana, after we were backpacking for 2 months. Luckily, the big house was empty so we had the pool to ourselve. The kitchen is well equipted and also the room is nice. Overall we really liked the stay there and the housekeeping and the gardener were very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect!! Super close to the beach. Wifi was fast & we even got to enjoy watching Netflix on the TV. Kitchen has everything you need. Spacious, clean & nice touches. Would recommend anyone wanting to visit Colorado’s to stay here.

We had a really good time in Quinta Matha. The house is very big and super safe in this gated community. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was all very clean. We would go again!

The casita was perfect, we couldn’t have been happier with everything. Great location to the beach and the room and patio are perfect for reading and relaxing and sleeping. A/C is great too. Great place - recommended.

Quinta Martha casita is very nice, private, and a short 5 min walk to playa Colorado . Newly built, cold A/C, hot water, smart tv w Netflix, and nice little kitchenette. Highly recommend. When WiFi stops working router in the main house needs unplugged, no big deal

These guys made it easy from the beginning. Quick in communicating, and accommodating with our changing plans. And Iain was great in helping us sort out different things we wanted to do while there. The house is gorgeous - tons of space, a big comfortable living room and attached kitchen (with pretty much everything one would need to cook a good meal), a great master bedroom, and a nice backyard with patio and pool. And just a five minute walk down to the main break at Colorado's, and the lounge area and restaurant. A great deal for a family (or families) or group looking to be close to a nice beach. I stayed in the Casita for a couple of days during a surf trip and my time there was great. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the AC was very welcome, and the kitchen allowed for some meals to be cooked there. I timed the walk and from stepping out the front door to stepping onto the sand at Colorados break was 6 minutes. Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay at this charming casita felt like nothing less than a luxurious treat on our trip around Nicaragua. The owners and operaters seemed to go out of their way many times to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the location and checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure we were satisfied. The owners even offered us use of their private pool. The beach was beautiful and has its own pool for the use of everyone staying there and the food at the restaurant did not disappoint! The service everywhere in this resort was outstanding actually. We definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is amazing and well equipped with everything you'd need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We had our 7 and 9 year old girls with us and they loved playing in the pool and watching the howler monkeys in the trees that would join us almost every evening. The community is gated and feels very safe. It's a resort community with a golf course. Iain was our contact there and met us at the house when we arrived. He checked in with us daily and was very helpful in arranging a trip to a local farm, horse back riding, boggy boards and any excursion we were interested in. We can't say enough good things about the house and the service we received! We had a wonderful time!

This is an amazing property in a premier location. It is a short 4 minute walk from 2 of the best breaks in this area. I have traveled to this location several times on surf trips, and this trip was by far the best one yet.
