Excelente lugar frente al mar, para relajar y descansar

Great house. The 8 of us fit comfortably at James house. Beds were comfortable. Not beachfront but it’s only about a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There a a couple of restaurants at iguana (nearby) but we choose to cook at the house. Kitchen has everything you need! Nice view of the golf course. The house was very clean. You could here the monkeys close by. James the owner was very responsive and friendly. Let us check out later!!!There is another unit/apartment right next to the main house with guests staying there. But we never saw them. We felt like we had privacy.We’ve been to iguana many times. This was our first time staying at James’s house. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Casa incrível, muito próximo a praia.Ar condicionado em todos os cômodos. Piscina linda, manutenção diária para manter a água e aparência aos redores. Cozinha bem equipada. Churrasqueira a carvao disponível. Alguns minutos de caminhada até as ondas de Colorado e Panga Drops. Lugar super tranquilo, bem localizado, comunicação excelente com o proprietário.

Second time we’ve stayed at this house. First one was during Semana Santa, and now for my mother’s 70th birthday, which translated to a bigger party, 14 adults plus toddlers, and we fitted in perfectly and comfortably. James was very attentive, reachable and proactive. Helped us accommodate extra mattresses in the casita, which also has its own central A/C and kitchen. So plenty of space and options. Pool is nice. You are also next to the golf course, which gives a nice view and peaceful place to hang around in the backyard. Fully recommend, and we are looking forward to our next time here.

The place was perfection. I will stay there again and definitely recommend it to anyone. The pool is fantastic and it's a pretty private setting. The owners were visiting the main house for a couple days so we got to spend time with them also. That was extra nice.

Comfortable, airy place with vaulted-type (bamboo?) ceiling. Very roomy pad with everything you need: ample bottled water, surf closest, pool, a couple outdoor showers, and a friendly cat, Lulu. It's just couple minutes walking away from two beach accesses on either side that put you you another 5 minutes to either Colorados or Panga Drops depending on your preference. Grounds keeper who keeps the pool clean of debris and cleaning/laundry available periodically (we stayed 5 days). Internet was plenty good enough for doing some work and taking video calls when needed.James is very responsive and on top of getting it handled if anything arises.No complaints at all.

We had a good overall stay and enjoyed our time at the villa.The location is great, the cleaning team was excellent, and James was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.A few things future guests should know: one of the rooms had quite a few ants/insects during our stay. They weren’t harmful, but it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The rooms also get very bright early in the morning, so light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask. In addition, there was frequent communication regarding electricity and air conditioning usage, which sometimes felt a bit excessive.Overall, though, we had a positive experience and appreciated the hospitality. The villa has a lot going for it, and we enjoyed our stay.

The most beautiful house right on the beach. Perfect location and steps to a very good restaurant Pilis. Great place for kids very private with spacious, clean rooms. The host James was very friendly and answered immediately every question. Will definitely be coming back here!

Had an amazing experience at the Casita and will be going back to enjoy all the wonders of Iguana and Playa Colorado ASAP! Thank you so much again for the incredible accommodations and hospitality!
