Family of 5 from Westchester, NY had a terrific time! House is perfectly located. Private and on the ocean but almost next door to the main Rancho Santana Inn and Santana Beach. Kids were able to walk over to the Inn and we could all pop over for a meal. House is stunning, pictures may undersell it. We had 5 people and didn’t use the bedroom next to the pool at all (wished we brought another couple). Host was proactive and super responsive. Can’t find a better spot at RS. Housekeeper lives in separate building on the property and always available if needed (otherwise you don’t see him) and place just feels super safe. Would not stay anywhere else if we are fortunate enough to make it back.

This is a great house. Relaxing vibes with lots of privacy. James is a great host and can help you with pretty much anything you need. The staff on property is amazing and extremely hard working. I highly recommend staying here.

Awesome place! I was super lucky to find this spot after searching everywhere. It’s absolutely massive. Way bigger in person. The back of the house is right against the golf course so you get a wide open view. Saw a bunch of cool birds and howler monkeys. The best part of the stay was definitely the backup generator. There was a blackout and it appeared we were the only house with the lights on! Obviously a huge bonus because there was still AC and the fridge didn’t spoil. For that reason alone I would book this place again. Other than that it’s super clean and the host is awesome. I ended up staying at another one of his places that was equally amazing.

Villa ohana is one of the best properties at rancho Santana. The master, pool room, and pool looks directly at first peak, the walk to the club house is less than a minute, and it’s classic rancho Santana style. Even though it’s pricier than some options, you get what you pay for. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean, and walk to the ocean.David is a fantastic gardener. He keeps the grounds immaculate and is always willing to help you with anything you need. He’ll even wash your truck without asking if it’s dirty. Maria keeps the kitchen spotless and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. Both are wonderful people.The overlook upstairs has an even better view of the surf break and is a great place to look at the stars.I would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so. If this property is available—book it! You won’t regret it.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ohana! We enjoyed the privacy of our villa, but also easily walkable to Rancho Santana restaurants, pools, and one of the beautiful resort beaches. Best of both worlds!!!Communication with the host was great! Everything was just as described, and always a quick response to our questions.The house staff- David and Gloria- work hard to make everything pristine. They were attentive without being in the way. David brought fresh mangos to us on the first day, and Gloria served them to us by the pool. We could not ask for better service or a better destination. I hugged Gloria when we left, and told her that we would be back!!!

El apartamento estaba pulcro, nítidamente limpio y muy organizado.Me encantó que el anfitrión estuvo 💯 en comunicación y pendiente de mi llegada y estadía.Ubicación perfecta.Me encantaron los detalles del hospedaje, tenía agua purificadada para el consumo, papel toalla, condimentos y utensilios para cocinar, una refrigeradora grande, toallas para la piscina y ducha.La piscina es muy bonita y limpia. Hay areas de terraza para compartir con los invitados y la casa está en el hoyo 2 del campo de Golf de la Residencia, lo cual es una maravilla!En conclusión, mi estadia fue muy agradable, placentera y organizada! En definitiva volvería y con mucho gusto!

Our stay at Iguanas exceeded every expectation and then some. The house was exactly what we were hoping for—beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped for a perfect getaway. The service was phenomenal from start to finish, with the host being responsive, helpful, and truly committed to making our stay enjoyable.The golf course was in excellent condition, which made the experience even more special for those of us who play. We also loved the variety of restaurant options within the complex—there was something for everyone, and every meal was a treat.We would absolutely recommend renting from this host and hope to return again in the future!
