BIENVENIDOS A 2013! Welcome to 2013! Who knows what this year has in store for us... El Niño? I doubt it; 2012 was El Niño. La Niña? I hope not, too much onshore wind. One thing for sure is it was a funky start to the year with rain showers putting a literal dampener on the bonfires up and down the coast through the night. The waves this morning were bigger than expected (I thought it would be flat) and plenty of wind. Swell on the way for the weekend.
