The 'el niño' climatic effect that kept the winds gentle offshore throughout the May-Oct rainy season is intensifying their strength now we're into the dry part of the year. Winds today were blowing 17-25mph all day. Some swell due in tomorrow, Wednesday, is expected to linger through the end of the week. Another small bump showing for the weekend will be replaced by a South Westerly Monday or Tuesday next week.
