Beautiful & incredible island

What a beautiful and incredible island!
My girlfriends and I had so much fun cooking in the beautiful kitchen, paddling between islands on paddle-boards and kayaks, and enjoying the view.
There's a great restaurant just one island over called El Pirata, where we spent an afternoon in the sun :)
The caretakers were friendly and very helpful. They helped arrange the lancha to and from the port in Granada, but the cost is not included with the price of staying, so make sure to bring some extra cash! Thanks for everything- can't wait to come back!

Relaxing & Enjoyable Island

Being on the island Pura Vida was very relaxing and enjoyable at the same time.
All the aspects that make a pleasant stay were fulfilled with excellence.
Cleanliness, natural beauty, the decoration of the house invited to enjoy it, and the boys who take care of the island and the house were very kind and helpful, my congratulations and I hope to return soon.

A great little getaway

I rented out this Island for 46 days total and invited some friends to come stay.
It was a great little Island and the landscaping around the island handled by Roberto was the best part, enjoying coconuts whenever we wanted. For the price, I would say you can't beat it.
The beds were very comfortable compared to other hotel beds I have stayed in and the sheets and everything were high quality, plentiful and clean.
Roberto was the best Island care taker anyone could ever ask for, any thing you need at anytime he is more than glad to help you even if it isn't what his job entails. You can tell he truly cares.
For example my wallet was stolen in Granada at one of the big festivals and he went to town with me and showed me where the western union was and stayed to help translate as well as show me local prices.
We also had our stove break when on the island and next day had a brand new one installed, they were quick to fix any issues you have if you tell them about it.
Now the only reason I can't give 5 star and only give 4 star is due to the boat situation mainly. Can take a while for the boats to arrive and cost adds up especially if you're on the island a for more than a few days.
Only other recommendation is to either have a back up generator on the island, as we were without power on a few occasions for quite a few hours. Frustrating when you run your real life & business online.
Overall I really enjoyed my trip here and is something I will most likely come back to do again.

Amazing place to stay

“What an amazing place to stay. Do not hesitate to book this place. This was the best place to enjoy Nicaragua.
To start the boat ride to the house was so beautiful. The driver went out of his way to take us to a nearby restaurant which you can get to by the kayaks at the house. We are apart of the Airbnb community on both sides and this house was outstanding.
The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and large dinner parties. Their was a grill that we enjoyed using just need to bring your own charcoal. The sleeping area was so nice.
The house was very big, modern, and beautifully decorated. We spent most of our time on the front lawn playing in the nice grass and swinging in the hammock. It did rain a couple times a day but it was absolutely beautiful. We were also staying during rainy season. The gardens were out of this world beautiful. The guard was so friendly and was on top of his job. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back. ”

Beautiful house

It's difficult to find the words to describe our stay on the island, because it left us speechless. It's everything you see in the pictures, and more.
Beautiful house, very well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Cleaning lady came every day to clean the entire house.
Beautiful garden, very well maintained by the caretaker Roberto, who would also help with everything you could possibly need.
Beautiful views, many places to sit and chill. Kayaks and stand-up boards were laid out every day to go for a paddle, such a great way to explore the islands.
Get your drinks / snacks / groceries from the mainland, dump everything in a taxi, head out to the boat, and enjoy your private island for at least 3 nights. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the best deal of your life! Very high quality location to create a beautiful dream. High quality furniture and decoration which gives you that high end fancy feeling. Professional communication with the owner to help you out foe requests and questions.The service is also very neat. When service is done it looks like it is ready again for the photograph team that makes the cover of an interieur magazine. Want to feel like a mafia boss or moviestar? Book this for as long as you can. You will cry the day you have to leave. Imagine you wake up, see a beautifull view of palmtrees and birds.
Do a morning dive in the water instead of your morningshower. You climb in one of the free to use peddle boats or boards. You peddle to an other island with a restaurant for breakfast/dinner, passing monkeyisland with the mombacho vulcano as part of your view. Peddle back, visit beautifull Granada and invite people you meet. Be the talk and the hero of the day. Book this before the owner realizes this is unsurprised. I have been in regular normal boring hotels for similar prices. Enjoy isla pura Vida, you will not regret! Cheers!

A whole island to yourself :)

I have stayed in countless Airbnb and VRBO properties, this one takes it all. The property itself was beautiful, but the views surrounding this island is out of magazine. My son would often stay "mom this whole beautiful island is just for us?" Luckily, I would reply yes. Furthermore, the staff was exceptional: Roberto, Sebastian and the lady were gracious and kind. If you needed help with anything they would help you with a smile.
The property comes with kayaks and you have a restaurant 2 minutes from the house. You could easily go have lunch (yummy fried frish) and kayak back to the house to watch the sunset from the hammocks. If you need to leave the island, Granada is 15 minutes away and offers great restaurants.
