Perfect location right in front of Colorados. Would definitely book again. No complaint at all!!! Everything was perfect!! The cleaning, communication with the owner and the house is amazing!!!

Very nice and stylish little studio apartment. You will not find a better location for accessing the surf and beach club. It has a good kitchen, able to cook most meals so stock up on food on your way through.

The studio is a great place for two guests. Clean and next to the beach. Really close to the beach club (one of our favorite spots for dinner and breakfast) and very well equipped. The bathroom is big and the bed comfortable. Good value for the location. Check in was super easy. Thanks!

Location Location Location. Besides being a clean, fairly spacious studio, if you've come to surf Colorado's it doesn't get much closer than this. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to be back sooner than later.

Place looks exactly as pictured/described. Perfect location right in front of Colorados and a short walk from the beach club/Pilis. Wifi connectivity left a little to be desired, but I was there to surf, not spend time on my phone/computer. Would definitely book again.

This place was absolutely impeccable. I think it must be close to brand new. Just a few steps to the beach and because the big house was vacant, I had the pool all to myself. Having Netflix was also great in the evening. This place is definitely on my “Rent again” list. Thank you for having me!

This place was amazing. I wasn't sure if we would be right at the best part of the surfing beach but we were right on top of it. Watching guys get absolutely barreled right from the backyard and swimming pool.

This is a beautiful house managed extremely well.

My family was beyond happy with our stay at Ventanas. The waves were perfect the entire time (and about 10 steps away from the house) and my wife and I could sit by the pool and watch our kids surf right in front of the house. This is a fantastic home with all the necessities. I'd highly recommend going with the food and cooking package as it makes your stay about as simple and perfect as it can be. The house is beautiful - we were a big fan of the giant glass doors and opened up completely to create a perfect indoor/outdoor living experience. I would highly recommend this house and the Nicaragua365 team is top notch in their service and attention to detail. We will return, no question about it.

Just the best location, i have been here twice and the will definitely be back next year. the staff are just amazing, and make sure everything you need. all you need to worry about is surfing perfect waves all day and then eat like a king. Nothing better then surfing all day and enjoying beers on the back lawn watching perfect waves in the evening.

Perfect house in just the most epic spot for a family-beach-surfing vacation. Thanx to the whole team (managers and service). Everything was there when needed.

James & Ian were extremely professional from the original point of contact before we arrived right through out time, the house was immaculate on arrival and I enjoyed talking with all the friendly staff. Security was excellent as was the whole set up of the house. Open plan, modern, cool, with everything you needed if you wanted to cook yourself. Good bar-b-q and outdoor area where I spent most of time when not surfing. The view and location doesn't get any better than this. I will be back for sure thanks guys

This was a truly magical location. There are few places where you can walk out the sliding doors of the house, across the lawn and step down on to a three kilometer beach with two first class surf breaks. Spend the day surfing or playing at the shore, go for long walks as the sun sets and generally unwind. Juan was very patient with his surf lessons. The house was marvelous – spacious, clean, bright and very comfortable. Thanks to Gisella for providing wonderful meals, and cooking up the Red Snappers that we caught early in the morning off shore! There was lots to do, from great excursions to Granada and the volcanoes in the middle of Lake Nicaragua, or riding on the beach, all organized by Iain. The whole family had such a great time!
