I always prioritized traveling to new places but after visiting Nicaragua, I changed my mind, this place is special with the feeling of second home and what a HOME!! The team of Nicaragua365 has been a great host for these 5 years we have visited and Gardeners Reward always results in the best choice of accommodation inside Hacienda Iguana. We rented 3 homes in Hacienda Iguana, including Gardener's Reward. Our experience in the three homes was amazing. The hospitality provided to my family and I was just right. David and his staff made great efforts to make us feel welcome and relaxed. He provided everything from meal plans to horseback riding to entertainment. He made sure that we could truly enjoy our stay without having to worry about any planning. The house was breathtaking with beautiful furniture, stunning ocean views and great touches throughout. The fact that the house was on such a beautiful private beach made it that much better. It truly felt like paradise. To be able to experience this with my family in my home country made it so special.

This is a beautiful house, inside and out! We absolutely loved out stay here and can see ourselves returning. We go to Hacienda Iguana often as we live in Nicaragua and so far this has been our favourite place to stay!

We had a great week enjoying family and friends over the holiday. David, Iain and the whole team made our stay unbelievable. The home was a perfect setting for everyone to have their own space; however, having everyone under one room made it super convenient to enjoy meals and quality time together. We will be coming back and Gardner's Reward will be our first choice! Thanks for an awesome get away!!

Wow is all I can say. David and Iain went out of there way to make sure our trip was awesome. The tropical storm had hit two days prior to our arrival and did significant damage to the home we were supposed to stay in. But the guys at Nica365 moved us to an available house and it was awesome. The food, service, and surf were top notch. Although our group was not big surfers, learning and getting out in those waves was awesome. And sitting in infinity pool watching the really good surfers while drinking Tona's and cocktails made from the fresh juice ever....no better way to spend the afternoon.

The fact that we are returning for the 3rd consecutive year to this house, shows how we love this place.

This was my second trip to Nicaragua and it was as good as the first. Loved the eco tour at Mombacho which I didn't do last time. Great food, amazing scenery and friendly people always make for a great trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained and cleaned very well daily; The service team were available 24/7 offering us amazing ideas and services for during our stay and the location was PERFECT. We would love to stay here again!

We spent an amazing week in NICA, there were 12 of us, 4 adults and 8 kids. The house was beautiful, well maintained, with a great afternoon shaded pool that was a nice size. We felt very safe at Iguana.

I've been to Nicaragua many times over the past 12 years but have never stayed in such a luxurious location / accommodations. We treated ourselves this time and it was worth it! The house is really gorgeous and beautifully maintained. The upper and lower deck overlook the pool and out onto the Panga Drops surf break. The beach is about 1.5 miles long. Water was warm even in Feb. Waves were great. We got massages, had surf lessons, went on a day long boat trip to San Juan. Went swimming every day and basically just enjoyed the sun, sand, waves, sunsets and amazing stars. One person got stung by a stingray though - so watch out for them.

La atención que recibimos fue excelente, tanto por parte de David e Iain como por Gabriela, nos sentimos muy a gusto y con deseos de regresar muy pronto.

We have been to Nicaragua many times in the past and stayed at different type of places BUT this was by far the best accommodations. We had everything we needed. the service was better than any Resort you can stay in. The Ladies were wonderful!!! Gaby was very friendly and Boy did she keep the place clean!! Martha and her helper were ABSOLUTELY magnificent.

Our group of 11 (2 grandparents + 2 kids with spouses + 4 grandkids + surfing cousin) found this house perfect for our annual family trip and is now our favorite.

First time to NIC with our family, 2 children along with another family of 4. We were one of the first to stay in this beautifully designed home on the beach. Truly gorgeous setting and well equipped home with plenty of room for all of us. A casita was still available if we had another couple with us. The location is within a secure compound. A restaurant and lovely beach bar is a walk away. Yoga is available to go or come to the home. Did I mention the massage on the deck, one can arrange?

My husband and i have been to Nicaragua a few times and were anxious to share this wonderful country, culture and area with our kids. We traveled with our family of 6 and another family of 4 who had never been to Nica before. There wasn't one person out of the 10 of us who wouldn't go back! Amazing place, amazing house! We range in ages of 12-44 and every single age group fell in love with Nica and can't wait to come back.
