My family and I spent Xmas vacations at casa encanto and absolutely loved it!!!

Such an awesome property! Antonio & Julieta were such a pleasure having on the property. Pancho took care of anything we needed with boat rides and all of the amenities in the community. Surfing was only a few steps away from the back porch and a few houses down was Beach Club which had an awesome happy hour and beach volleyball. Thanks for everything!

Came for a long weekend and had a complete blast. The surf break in the backyard is amazing. The housekeeping staff are super sweet, thorough and respectful. They Cleaned every time we left the house! David hooked it up with some great amenities, sent over a private Masseuse along with accommodating our late checkout. All of that was on top of a 5 star private beach house with the best view and vibe on the planet. We never had to leave! The house is also in a super safe, gated golf club.. we’re already planning the next trip!

Great spot right on the sand! Perfectly between Colorado’s and Pangas (closer to Colorado’s) but both easily walkable. We paid for their shuttle service and catering program and both were well worth it. Shuttle was on time and efficient with no issues. Catering was a complete game changer for convenience. Julieta was our chef and was outstanding! Cooking us delicious meals and snacks, as well as catering to our dietary restrictions. Always fresh towels ready for us after surfing, beds made, and the grounds always kept clean and attended to. David (our point of contact) was also very helpful. Quick responses and helped set up massages right in the house as well as any other questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and suggest it to anyone who wants a great space in a stellar location!

This house was amazing. I will without a doubt return to this house for another vacation sometime soon. Let me walk you through a day in the life at Casa Encanto: 1) Wake up early, walk 10 steps through the backyard to check the waves; 2) Surf world class waves; 3) Eat breakfast that was beautifully prepared by Julietta and Katie; 4) Lounge in the hammocks - read, relax; 5) Eat an amazing lunch prepared by Julietta and Katie; 6) Explore surf breaks nearby Hacienda Iguana; 7) Sunset surf session; 8) Eat an incredible dinner prepared by Julietta and Katie; 9) Lounge, maybe get a massage; 10) Go to sleep in a nice air conditioned room in beds freshly made each day; 11) Repeat.

What a great spot. As a home base for a week of surfing, it was perfect. Super spacious, clean, really well equipped, and very tastefully decorated. And Antonio and Julieta could not have been nicer or more helpful in looking after the place and us. A highlight of the trip was getting to know them a little bit. And tons of great surf. Thanks, we loved it.

Casa Encanto and its staff surpassed any expectations that we may have had. From the moment you first see this beautiful home as you make your way to where. Land meets the Ocean you can see the care and thought that's has been put into this properties layout. There was ample room for our family of surfers to spread out and relax in between sets. swinging on the hammocks and napping after the incredible meals that the staff prepares with care and love in the warm breeze was definitely one of the highlights of this trip. We all had a chance to decompress from our hectic lives and really take in the natural beauty of the area as well as those crazy monkeys in the trees.

The house was spectacular and its location was the best. We loved the details in furniture and great taste. It was furnished as all Airbnb houses should. We were very impressed with the furniture quality and the housekeepers' hospitality and responsiveness. We would definitely book this great house again.

Encanto is a beautiful house perfectly located in front of the surf. It’s more of a traditional house which we liked very much but if you are into a more modern place then this might not be for you. We had one night at the neighbouring property which was also nice but much more modern with all the mod cons. Iain the host was super helpful always answers messages quickly and helping to organise things like boat trips, taxis and massages. Julietta our cook was incredible. She kept us well fed and satisfied for the week. What sounded like it was going to be too much food was perfect when you are surfing 3 sessions per day.

Awesome location and staff. Nice pool and outdoor areas. Close enough to Hacienda Iguana amenities but far enough away for privacy. (You want to rent bikes to get around the property). Turtles were nesting on the beach just outside the property, and Howler Monkeys would make their presence known! Can't wait to come back!

Quite possibly the best location in Hacienda Iguana! Far enough away from the beach bar and HOA pool for privacy, yet close enough for a quick stroll to happy hour. We've stayed at other ocean front homes at Iguana in the past, but none had the charm and ambience of Encantos. Fantastic staff . . .you really need to sample Julietta's cooking . . . and wonderfully furnished with authentic Nica charm. Great swimming pool and outdoor areas. Functional kitchen, and a good choice of bedrooms with an additional casita available on the property. Howler Monkeys and Turtles abound. We will be back next year!

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Iain connected us with a great surf instructor for the kids and we all enjoyed the waves. The house is gorgeous located and an added perk were the three hammocks!

This house is amazing! It exceeded all our expectations. Will definitely be back next year!

Great stay at casa encantos. The property was very comfortable but the quality of the stay was 5 star because of the support staff. The cooks and house staff, Julietta and her daughter, Anna Maria were the best at all the meals they prepared and keeping the property clean. Antonio( Julietta’s husband) and Jose(Julietta’s brother) were so attentive to keeping the pool clean and closing up the property every night. The house itself was very comfortable with linen sheets and great security at all times. We traveled to another resort area for dinner one night but realized that the family style meals that Anna Maria and Julietta prepared 3 times a day were far better than any restaurant meal you can get so we did not leave again. Iain is great at organizing trips, transportation or anything else you may need.

I had an incredible stay with N365. Casa Encanto was better than expected and the service was great. I will definitely be coming back to Hacienda Iguana and stay with N365.

We had an amazing week at Encanto. We were two families, with 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 6 to 12 and the house was perfect. Amazing location on the beach, steps from surfing, swimming and jumping waves. The pool was a refreshing change of pace from the ocean, and the kids spent time in it almost every morning before breakfast. Speaking of meals, Julietta prepared all our meals and the food was incredible. She did a great job of serving some traditional Nica dishes while also providing a few more familiar items with each meal for the kids (pasta, rice, fruit, eggs etc). Having Julietta handle all of the shopping, cooking and clean up gave us hours a day of extra vacation time.

The property is well-maintained with two caretakers on site. The location couldn't be better. Surf, swim, beach club, etc. The house has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

This house was perfect for a Thanksgiving retreat. We could relax at the beach, the pool or on the patio. The kitchen was well-equipped for our meals, the library was extensive, and the caretakers did an amazing job making us feel catered to.

The property is the most beautiful on the grounds. The staff is simply best, they were so pleasant and helpful and always around in case of anything.

The home is gorgeous. We had our family here and everyone enjoyed I️t very much. Lots of space. I love the open lay out and the gorgeous grounds. The entire 365 staff were incredible and the home staff were warm, caring and very attentive. I would for sure book this home again.

Not surfers, went with family (young children) and had a great time. Beach is beautiful and the community is safe and peaceful. Great for biking around. The one negative was the lack of music in the house. Definitely a great place to relax.

My stay at Casa Encanto was great! The house is beautiful. All the staff keep the grounds in very good shape. Iain was a fabulous host. He was very responsive while we were there and afterwards as well. One of the members in our group left something of theirs at the house and Ian helped us ship it back to the US. He was very kind and went well out of his way to coordinate it with us and FedEx.

We just got back from a week at one of Nicaragua365’s houses (Casa Encanto), and have nothing but great things to say about the service we received.

The staff is 5+ Julieta our lovely cook is priceless❤️We’re returning again in January 2018, looking forward to seeing everyone again.

The home is beautiful and extraordinarily well kept. The staff are all fantastic, kind and helpful, and the community's vibe is one of pure happiness and bliss. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach can do amazing things for the spirit, as can the stars which are incredibly bright down here... check it out, and get some waves while you're at it 🏄🏽🌞

For our friends and family, this home was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surf. James, Iain, and all those who assisted us with our stay were very professional and attentive. I hope to stay with them again soon and could not recommend this property more.

I came here with 5 other guys for a surf trip and had an amazing time. This is my second time back to Nicaragua but my first time staying at this house. The staff (Ian & David) provided top notch service and were very cool the entire time. 100% get the meal plan, we debated getting it in the beginning but it honestly made the entire trip. Julietta and her daughter are both angels and cooked the most amazing meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we ate like kings. We loved this place and all the people that came with it.

We had a great time staying in this beautiful house right on the beach! The openness of the floor plan is wonderful. The staff at Nicaragua 365 were so helpful and took great care of us! We will be back!

Had an excellent week stay at Encanto and can't praise the experience enough. The house is located right on the beach just a short walk from two excellent surf breaks (Colorado and Panga Drops). The concierge Iain was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and was quick willing to arrange any activities. We opted for the meal service, and Dona Julieta cooked us incredible meals three times a day.

I have never had such an amazing surf vacation. Although the waves were not epic, because of the proximity of the house, I was in the water 3 times a day. Head out in the am after breakfast, stay out for a few hours, then come back and chill for an hour until lunch. Rinse repeat for dinner :)

The stay at Encanto was just the vacation I needed. It was situated right on the beach between to great surf breaks, and though the surf was small when I was there it was still a blast. The description of the house and the pictures are accurate and even more stunning in person. The three meals cooked each day by Julieta were exceptional. The concierge Iain also did a great job ensuring that we had a good time and that all our needs were met. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for making my first vacation in two years so great and memorable! Danny

We had six adults and six children. The house was perfect for our group. The caretakers cooked and cleaned the entire time and made our vacation relaxing and memorable. Antonio even built us a bon-fire on the beach! David was quick to respond to our every need. The house was in great shape and the beds were comfortable. It was great to be able to swim in the pool and wait for the surf to become perfect. We were in the rainy season but the rains only came at night!

Of all our surf trips (the 4 guys I stayed with), this one was by far the best! We had such an amazing time: great surf and even better food. Julietta and Antonio were awesome and super accommodating. David went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We are super grateful to have the opportunity to come and enjoy this place!

The House, Food, Service, and unpopulated Beach were all top notch from day 1. We ate and lived like (lazy) royalty when we were not playing in the waves, pool, or on the beach. David and James organized a great day trip to Granada and some amazing paddle boarding around the Islands of Lake Nicaragua. We had a great surf lesson with Oliver, and hit the waves at Panga Drops the next day!

We spent three weeks at Encanto and what a wonderful time it was. Amazing house right on the beach with two awesome surf breaks. The caretakers Julieta and Antonio were wonderful and very accommodating with all of our needs. The whole house setup was amazing with three bedrooms in the main house and a detached casita with two bedrooms. We had multiple guests over the three weeks which made it easy with the casita.

We returned this year with seven friends who all have different interests. Everyone was delighted with the vacation, whether they came to relax and finish a book or get the courage up to try Panga Drops. To sum it up perfectly, when one of our guests saw the comments/ survey they said "Do they even need that? How could anyone have anything to complain about?!" Everyone is talking about coming back next year!

Top to bottom the most relaxing vacation we have ever had! The house was outstanding, the location so peaceful, safe and beautiful. The surfing outstanding, the beach perfect. The house staff professional, courteous, enjoyable and delightful!

Encanto is a fantastic beach getaway. This is high praise - we expected the place to be great; it beat our expectations hands down.

We arrived late at night and found the house well stocked and ready for us. We scored solid surf for the week. We surfed early and came home to find Julietta making a killer breakfast of pico de gallo, hand made tortillas, eggs and bacon and the grounds and pool being tended to by Antonio - they are an awesome team. The house is well designed to be enjoyed all day... pool, hammock and at a quiet part of the beach. The food was terrific and Julietta always asked us what we wanted for dinner and cooked everything exactly the way we asked... she made out stay terrific. Solid mention to Karel's arroz con pollo and Luis for playing badminton. After the afternoon session, having a beer on the back patio watching the sun set made every day perfect. We will be back!

We had no idea what to expect in Nicaragua. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, all of our concerns were put aside. Arriving at the house, we were stunned. It was immaculate, perfectly arranged and kept spotless everyday. Photos cannot do it justice. After playing in the ocean all morning, our biggest decision was where in this lovely house should we nap?

Everything about our stay was perfect, from start to finish. Met at the airport by Jorge with ice cold drinks in his new, clean, super comfortable bus. Connected our iPod and cruised down enjoying the sights. Once at the house, we loved every bit of it - the staff: great food by Julietta who also kept the house spotless and put out fresh flowers every day. And thanks to Antonio for looking after the pool and helping out where needed. We enjoyed this beautiful house completely AND scored some of the most fun waves of our lives.
