Great house, great staff, great location! What more can I say other then I would recommend to my closest friends and I would go again.

This was our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time!

The house was amazing, it sits right in front of the breaks. There are plenty of rooms, and enough space for our party of seven. The private gated community is safe and has lots to offer. What really made the stay was the staff. We loved Martha and all of her meals. All of the meals were some of the best we have had. The rest of the staff was just as accommodating. We definitely plan to stay in this house again! Such an awesome trip. I highly recommend staying at this house and contacting Nica 365. Thank you for everything you did to make us feel at home!

This house is absolutely amazing. The house is right on the beach, in front of the surf break. Great surfing and nice long walks on the beach everyday! The house itself is beautiful. Our stay at Altos Colorado was very memorable.. the property is clean/modern/and spacious. the location is definitely one of the best i've stayed in all my years of travels... the staff was attentive.. the Chef's cooking skills were spot on.. a few negatives here: no basic toiletries, no iron/ironing board, no hair dryer, no cable tv connection, nothing that ruins your vacation mood but does undermine it a bit.. overall, an amazing experience.....

This was the first trip to Nicaragua for us. Everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful, and the house and location right on the beach was amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Everything was amazing! We booked the house for our honeymoon trip and we will for sure be back. The house was beautiful and it was right in front of the waves. The staff was amazing as well as the Owners.

We had the best time. It was such an amazing experience. David and Lain organized our transfer to and from the house. They also answered all questions we had while we were in the US. Once we arrived the were awesome. They set up massages for us daily and surf board rentals and private yoga instruction. We informed them before we got there that we would like to set up a private chef for our entire stay. The chef (Marta) was awesome. She was so sweet and she was an amazing chef. Fresh fruit, Fresh Fish, fresh juice every day. She cooked three meals a day for us. Top quality food. We were so grateful. We also had housekeeping services in the morning each day included. We came down with four couples and we all had our own rooms with King beds and bathrooms. Such an awesome trip. I highly recommend staying at this house and contacting Nica 365. Thank you Thank you,

The beach and communities surrounding Playa Colorado are beautiful. N365 team (Lain, Cynthia, David and everyone else) went over and above to ensure a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for any type of stay whether with friends or family.

Our vacation was 10/10 from start to finish! I had a lot of questions for David and James before our trip and they answered everything promptly via email. It seemed to good to be true walking into the house at first. Then once I saw the amazing pool on the edge of the beautiful beach/ocean I thought... what did I do to deserve this? We all felt like royalty. The staff did an amazing job making our stay as comfortable as possible. The cleaning lady, cooks, pool guy and security were all so friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Iain was incredible. He hooked us up with anything we wanted. Surf boards, tee times at the golf course, massages on the pool deck(by a professional, not him) and a tour of the community. Such a good guy. And of course the beach is beautiful!! With sweet surf breaks right in front of the house. I need to go back!

Nothing in Hacienda Iguyana compares to Altos De Colorado. Simply the best house on the best break! You will feel like "Surf Royalty". The house is very well done with privacy for everyone and a huge great room for coming together each evening to share tales of the day and to enjoy grilled lobster that the fish man will deliver to your door!

From previous reviews, I knew the house and trip would be amazing, but it exceeded our group's expectations. Altos de Colorado is an unbelievable beachfront house. Everything was top notch! From the beautiful house and pool, to the staff at the house from Nica365, we could not have asked for more.

Everything you could wish for - gorgeous setting right on the beautiful sandy beach, spacious, incredible staff, and wonderful catering team! My husband and I took our adult children and their significant others as a Christmas gift and had one of the most memorable holidays ever - and we travel a lot! This home is exactly as described in the listing, and I would even go further and say that in actual fact, words can't really describe this heaven on earth!

From start to finish our vacation was perfect! We couldn't believe the house when we walked in and didn't want to leave walking out. Best place at Playa Colorado! The fully catered package was the way to go. Marta and Alvaro cooked unique and great meals for our group all week long, even accommodating two vegetarians. Thanks for a great stay Marta, Alvaro, Giovanni and staff!

An ideal getaway. Picturesque views with the ultimate in personal, professional service. Its hard to exceed expectations, but Altos de Colorado does! David and James were very helpful as managers - both really patient, friendly and capable which gives for a great experience.

Perfect spot and perfect house for family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and find a quiet spot to read and relax, or spend time together over a delicious meal. The beach is phenomenal... fun watching surfers all day!

Surfer's paradise!!! Imagine a wave that barrels almost everyday, breaks on sand, in warm water, and is uncrowded. This is Playa de Colorado. Even if you don't surf, just waking up to watch the daily surfer talent is a joy. The pictures give you just a glimpse of the stunning, luscious beach and surroundings.

The house and location are phenomenal. Maria went above and beyond, and Martha was fabulous for the time we were catered. David is a great tour guide, filled with anecdotes and really fun to hang out with. Overall an absolutely amazing vacation!

N365 provides a great guest experience for its homeowners, James is a very professional manager and David provided all the services that we requested many times in anticipation of a request. Martha was wonderfully patient with our group. She created meals that were excellent. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children under 13.

This house is perfectly laid out for a group of 10. All the amenities were probably the best on the block!!! The property is very well taken care of and situated perfectly in front of two surf breaks, left and right. Perfect for the lazy surfer that doesn't want to spend the entire day paddling out. The wi-fi connection was set up upstairs so it was a little difficult to get a connection downstairs. As we spent most of our time on the patio downstairs and by the pool, we moved the receiver downstairs and had no problems getting the connection downstairs after that. Although the mosquito screens are very functional and useful, they are fragile and a little hard to see, especially with such a mesmerizing view. Our group opted to have the week catered. It made it a lot easier for us as the supermarket is a little out the way. Our chef Marta did a wonderful job feeding us including the two vegetarians that were in our group. The food was fresh and made with lots of love. Although, if you do not like spicy, make sure you let them know as she likes to use jalepenos. She is super sweet and extremely accomodating. We had two birthdays and they were able to get two cakes delivered to us!!! The staff was very attentive to all our requests. They helped arrange transportation to get around, the drivers were great and extemely helpful. Jorge had no problems making multiple bathroom stops to and from the airport.

Great house, great location, fabulous food, terrific staff, friendly locals. This was a perfect get-away with great surfing, horseback riding in the surf brought right to your door.

There is no way to prepare yourself for the goose bumps you will get the when you walk through the front doors of this house. The pictures online cannot do Altos de Colorado justice. And then, after that amazing first glimpse, your vacation will only better! The design of the house is very well thought-out. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cooler at night while the living space/kitchen are upstairs so that all can enjoy an elevated view of the surf with their morning coffee. The surfing was awesome: sometimes the break was right in front of the house, sometimes it was at the Panga Drops, about 1/3 a mile up the beach. The infinity pool is gorgeous and very well-maintained.

Visited Granada. Visited volcanoes. Did the zip line. Went to the cigar factory. Learned to surf, rode the waves! Walked the beach. Relaxed at the pool. Awesome!

Altos de Colorado is the biggest and best house on Playa Colorado. The waves break RIGHT in front. Martha is amazing, Silvio was super helpful with everything we needed. The house, food, service... everything was awesome. Definitely coming back! Thanks!

True luxury on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Not only a great place to surf but also a great place to watch great surfers. Excellent staff and we loved the meal package. Delicious food and so convenient not having to shop/ cook/ clean up!

This place was amazing! The staff, location, food, activities and more! This is THE place to be. Great for bringing friends & family together. Amazing food, especially the fish and fresh passion fruit juice. We LOVED the banana pancakes... when we come back we want everything to be just the same! Everyone helped us so much; was so kind and warm felt. We loved Martha! Location is perfect, the housekeeper cleaned very thoroughly and did a great job. Silvio helped us with everything we needed.

House is spectacular, staff are delightful and Silvio is the man. All expectations were exceeded, without reservation. Two excellent meals a day, all comforts met, rooms cleaned, pool crystal. All of it just amazing. Thank you! We will be back!!!

We had an amazing family vacation. The house exceeded out expectations. The pool, beach, service, everything amazing. James took care of every detail including recovering lost luggage, a trip to mass on Easter Sunday, a birthday cake for my son and dinner reservations for our families birthday dinner.

Everything was incredible! Beautiful house on a beautiful beach and all the staff really went out of their way to make this a wonderful vacation. Silvio was the best tour guide, really nice and genuine person who went out of his way to help us.

We rented this house for a few days in March. To keeps things short, the house was amazing. It was exactly as pictured (even better if that is possible). There is an excellent surf break right in front where we would paddle out multiple times each day. When we weren't surfing, we were relaxing in the infinity pool and listening to music via the outdoor sound system. I would highly recommend!
