Work underway getting the judging stand up at Playa Jiquiliste in preparation for the 2013 ISA World Junior Surfing Championship, starting June 8th. There's a lull in the swell and period of bad weather expected the end of May, possibly starting May 28th/29th. This bodes well for the surf competition. Onshore wind and weak swell this time of the year rarely lasts more than a week. Get it out the way.
