Slight improvement in surf conditions today. 2-3ft through the morning with the occasional head high set coming in. Empty line up in the afternoon as EVERYONE was in Rivas at the opening parade. Teams met at the UNO gas station on the panamerican and proceeded up to the central park for speeches and a short display of Nicaraguan folklore dancing. Massive turnout.
