Modern four bedroom beach house located right at the Colorados surf break. Lush zoysia grass lawn surrounds ocean front swimming pool with direct surf break views.

Steady 5ft with several peaks lit up, notably the right at the north end of the break. The rest of this week isn't looking good with Weds, Thurs & Fri showing weak swell and onshore wind. The weather is due to improve Sunday just in time for a 16 second 5ft swell currently passing French Polynesia.
