Colorados surf break. Colorados is a swell magnet beach break located in
the middle of Nicaragua's offshore wind corridor. Rates are according
to group size starting at $2,100 per week for groups of up to six occupying 3 bedrooms of their choice. For groups
larger than six, we charge $50 per night for each extra single occupancy bedroom and $75 per night for each extra double occupancy bedroom. A full house of 12 people occupying six bedrooms has a weekly rate of $3,675 -- just $43.75 per person per night. Triple your odds of

Luxury Hacienda Style Home, Right on the Colorados Surf Break
Upon passing through the 20ft high wrought iron gates of this
magnificent property guests will be struck dumb by the awesomeness of
the view - framed by the front windows, you'll be looking straight out
onto the Colorados surf break. The accommodation is arranged into six
ensuite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Up on the second floor are
two master suites each with a king sized bed, private lounge area and
balcony. On the ground floor arranged around the courtyard swimming pool
are four more bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the
other two each having a pair of twin beds. Also downstairs is the open
plan, surf break view kitchen/ dining and living area. Beyond the living
area is the beach terrace and bar. 'The Wave Garden' boasts all modern
conveniences including satellite TV, WiFi internet, hot water and a
