Upon entering this delicately restored colonial home it is plainly obvious that its owners have impeccably good taste in design, furniture and decoration. Furnished throughout with items from bespoke furniture maker Simplemente Madera's living, garden & bedroom catalogues guests will marvel at the precious woods and fine craftsmanship. The home has two identical master suites located the far end of the house which overlook the swimming pool. Each master suite (with king size bed & flat screen TV) benefits from its own bathroom, closet & study. Above the upstairs master suite is a rooftop sun deck that affords stunning 360 degree panoramic views out accross Granada's terracotta rooftops to the cathedral just two blocks away to the East, the Mombacho volcano to the south and the La Merced church just half a block away to the West. Sharing a bathroom adjacent to the swimming pool, are two further bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. The living areas of Casa Consulado include an ultra modern imported Italian kitchen, a round table dining area and extensive well furnished terraces. The home has a formal living room/ TV room in the front sala with split stable doors which open directly to the street outside.
The Apartment
Casa Consulado has a stand-alone one bedroom apartment. The apartment comes luxuriously furnished and with its own kitchen/ living area and bathroom. Should your group require it, the apartment may be rented along with the main house bringing the total number of bedrooms up to five and the sleeping capacity to ten. Please inquire for details.
