Bob & Sheri's beach house is perfectly situated direclty back from the Colorados Surf Break. If you can handle surfing without first savouring a mug of delicious shade grown Nicaraguan fresh roast coffee you could go from lying on your bed to lying on your board in under a minute. Closer to the break simply does not exist.

Bed to Board in Under a Minute...
First of all, this home is not usually available to rent. The owners are away for the summer and are of the opinion that a home needs the warmth of human habitation to preserve the atmosphere. As Bob & Sheri's is usually occupied by its owners, guests will find it decked out for living in. It has everything you will need, and more - including a jacuzzi in the master suite bathroom and plentiful supply of hot water thanks to a solar powered water heater.
The Accommodation
In total Bob & Sheri's has three ensuite bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The upstairs master suite is so large that it has that rare effect of dwarfing the king sized bed that sits in one corner. The master suite also benefits from a spacious office area and library. To the front of the office is a set of double French windows that open out to the upstairs veranda - the perfect spot for romantic sundowners, perhaps followed by a hot jacuzzi. Downstairs you will find two further bedrooms, each with private bathroom and direct beach access. Beyond the open plan kitchen, living & formal dining area is the extensively furnished beach veranda. With a 7 seat dining table, a four piece outdoor lounge set, a coffee table with four rocking chairs, a hammock slung up in the tree growing out of the sand and a rustic concrete bench alongside the beach veranda has ample space not only for your group, but also for all the new friends you are likely to meet down here in Nicaragua.
