Yesterday's Dreams: The Most Desirable Rental Home in Nicaragua
The most striking features of this extraordinary property are its multitudinous open-air living spaces, some covered & some uncovered. The pool terrace has great views of the islands and is a perfect place for entertaining. The kitchen terrace is the ideal spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is conveniently furnished for that purpose. Looking out in the direction of the white sandy beach below there is a open fronted living/ dining/ entertainment area & bar.
The Accommodation
Upon entering Yesterday's Dreams the home opens up into a large hallway, immediately to the right of which is an entry to the swimming pool which runs the entire length of the house. Adjacent to the pool is the master suite, the second bedroom and the TV room. The other side of the pool is a wide terrace with fantastic views out to the islands that give the Guacalito de la Isla resort its name. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the house and faces toward the beach, the views of which are remarkable thanks to its floor to ceiling corner mitered windows. The first two bedrooms each have a king size bed and the third bedroom has a pair of queen sized beds, giving easy bedded sleeping space for 8 people.
