As well as three thoroughly well furnished bedrooms and superb outdoor living areas Casa Guapa also benefits from a dedicated second floor games room, a well equipped kitchen (has everything - including a dishwasher) and a formal living room & dining area. Featuring original commissioned artwork by up and coming Nicaraguan painter Augusto Silva, the formal living room which has wooden louvres in place of glass is a fresh and breezy place to be during the heat of the afternoon.
