The views from every room in the house are truly breathtaking! Designed by Nicaraguan architect Nelson Brown the house has unique lines, creative use of wheelchair ramps, water features, window openings, stamped concrete, spiral stairs & Spanish tile to make it a very unique home. All three bedrooms have queen beds and spectacular ocean views.

The home is oriented around a huge open air patio, dining area, breakfast bar and swimming pool that perfectly blurs the line between indoor/outdoor living. Balcones del Mar is located on a 200 meter cliff above the Pacific and is a short walk from Playa Rosada (one of the five beaches within Rancho Santana).
