Villas Iguana Condo on Playa Iguana
The most northern of the Villas Iguana condos, this unit boasts a very private balcony with a direct view of the Los Perros surf break and the spectacular wave action breaking on the rocks out beyond. 100 meters down the beach to the south is the super consistent Panga Drops reef break, visible from the balcony. A short walk further to the south brings you to the World Class Colorados Beach Break - aka the Nicaraguan Pipeline. Surf boats are also available to take you to additional breaks - but you may not need these because the best surfing in Nicaragua is here.

Flexible Rental Options: Rates According to Occupancy
The condo itself is set up with complete flexibility, and we charge according to occupancy. In total there are three bedrooms each with a pair of twin beds. In two of the bedrooms the twins can be converted to king beds, if you prefer. We lived in this condo while we built our house the other end of the beach so we can say with confidence that you'll find the kitchen to be fully equipped and the condo comfortable & well furnished.

We live at Hacienda Iguana year round and are always available to assist guests with any information or help they may need. We are members of the Hacienda Iguana Golf & Beach Club, which allows you to golf for $15 a round & gives you access to the Beach Club. If you like to hike, there are trails starting right from the doorstep where you can take hikes ranging from a gentle stroll on the golf course right through to some hardcore jungle adventures in neighbouring Rancho Santana.
