In the other direction you are within easy walking range of the new La Colonia supermarket which has everything you could need, although it's more expensive than the Pali the other end of town.

On entering Casa Gallo you will first by struck by its sheer size. Measuring in at over 5,300 square feet Casa Gallo has space in abundance. But not only is Casa Gallo big, but it is also beautifully proportioned and arranged. The living areas are in the shady terraces surrounding the patio and swimming pool. There is a neat little gazebo beside the swimming pool for you to relax in and read a book, have a snooze, or just relax and listen to the birds preening themselves in the fountain.
Watch the Early Morning Rays on the Mombacho Volcano
Toward the rear of the property is a second floor mezzanine from which you can enjoy magnificent views out to the nearby Mombacho volcano. If you are an early riser, you can get yourself in position to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the first rays of dawn touch the summit of the Volcano. In fact, the coffee you'll be drinking will be from the Mombacho Volcano. Whilst providing for all the luxuries one may like, Casa Gallo also goes the extra mile to ensure guest comfort and security. To that end the house benefits from a battery-inverter standby electrical system, a 750 litre back-up water tank and a full time staff of two.
