The project was finished a few months ago, but the curtains only went up last week. So here are the photos of the completed, furnished home.

A truck load of windows arrived from Guatemala this morning with no breakages. The living room machimbre is complete. Floor tiles have run out.

First air conditioning units installed in main house bedrooms. Insulation being installed above gypsum board in bedrooms. Excavation dug and prepared for swimming pool.

Walls in the main house are being fine parged. Electrical cabling being run through PVC tubing back to main circuit panel. Roof being tiled.

Concrete has been poured for the floor of the service quarters. Final bits of block work being finished off in the main house.
The final bit of block work is getting finished off above the lintels, the forms for the terrace arches are being removed, work has started on steel frame for roof.
All the walls are up to full height. Formwork is up and has been filled for the pool side terrace arches.
The majority of the walls are up to their full height and most lintels are done. Some interesting formwork going on in preparation for the archways on the pool side terrace.
Arched lintels are being constructed over many internal doorways, and at the service quarters terrace. The main sewer line (PVC) is being laid.

Work progresses on the steel rebar foundations & structure. The first walls for the main house are now in process. The service quarters square pillars are being replaced with round ones.
